VolumeContact provides a variety of services that are intended to enhance communication between our clients and their customers, prospects, employees, and business partners. We prohibit the use of our services for any illegal or illicit purpose. As such, we expect our clients to use appropriate contact lists and content, and to follow good business practices in keeping with that intent. VolumeContact prohibits the use of its services to post or distribute illegal, pornographic, or indecent material. VolumeContact does not provide any marketing lists but does offer various list management services, such as duplicate elimination. The client is solely responsible for any content and any list(s) used.
VolumeContact maintains an opt-out service so recipients can choose to not receive future transmissions.
